-2 cups sesame seeds
-1 cup molasses
-1/2 tsp cardamom
-1/2 cup ghee
-1/2 cup almond
Recipe for making sesame-jaggery barfi-
to make it, first of all, put the sesame seeds in an embroidery and fry well and take it out in a pot.
then you put them in the mixie after cooling them and grind the dadra.
after this, you add ghee to this embroidery and heat it.
then you break the jaggery in it, put it in it and cook.
after this, you add two cups of water to it and cook till the jaggery dissolves well.
